About the role
We’re looking for a Software Engineer who is equally comfortable building data visualizations in React and building data pipelines in Snowflake and Azure Data Factory. You’ll design enterprise ETL, work with structured and semi-structured data, and create the dashboards that put that data in front of users.
What you’ll bring
- A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience of 5+ years.
- 5+ years of React front-end development, including complex visualization components and dashboards.
- 5+ years of data engineering, with an emphasis on enterprise data warehousing and ETL architecture.
- 5+ years of ETL development with Azure Data Factory and/or Snowflake, including parameterized and metadata-driven designs.
- 8+ years with Snowflake, including data ingestion and extraction through stored procedures and Snowflake native utilities.
- 8+ years with GitHub, including code merges and cross-environment deployments through CI/CD pipelines.
- 5+ years of Python for data processing, orchestration or validation.
- 5+ years designing or consuming REST APIs and service integrations within Snowflake or ADF workflows.
- 5+ years of scripting (Batch, PowerShell or similar) for automation on Azure.
- 5+ years processing structured and semi-structured data: fixed-width, delimited, JSON and XML.
Nice to have
- Power BI, including DAX, semantic model design and performance tuning.
- .NET development.
