About the role
We’re looking for a .NET with AI Engineer to design, develop and maintain scalable cloud-native applications, and to build AI-powered solutions using generative AI, large language models and modern Azure services. The role combines full-stack engineering with AI and machine learning to drive application modernization and intelligent automation.
What you’ll do
- Design and develop enterprise applications with .NET Core and React.
- Build and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs and microservices.
- Develop AI-powered chatbots, assistants, recommendation systems and automation solutions.
- Build and optimize generative AI applications using LLMs and RAG architectures.
- Deploy and manage applications and AI solutions on Azure and Kubernetes.
- Develop data pipelines and support model training and inference workloads.
- Implement MLOps practices for deployment, monitoring and lifecycle management.
- Ensure solutions follow security and responsible AI principles.
- Review code, mentor developers and support production releases.
What you’ll bring
- 6+ years of full-stack development with .NET technologies.
- Hands-on experience with React and API development.
- Experience with Azure, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience building AI-powered applications with LLMs and generative AI.
- Knowledge of the machine learning lifecycle, including model deployment and monitoring.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Codex, Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor.
Technical skills
- .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, C# and React.
- REST APIs, GraphQL and microservices.
- Azure cloud services, Kubernetes, and Azure SQL / SQL Server.
- Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering and RAG.
- Python and AI/ML frameworks.
- Azure OpenAI and Azure AI services.
- MLOps, CI/CD, Git and DevOps practices.
Nice to have
- Azure OpenAI, MLflow or similar platforms.
- Healthcare domain experience.
- Knowledge of NLP, deep learning and AI governance frameworks.
